Never done CrossFit before? 

  • FIRST CLASS ON US

    If you’re new to CrossFit, we’d love to show you what it’s all about. Run through a workout, meet our community of coaches and members and get to know our Charlotte CrossFit gym. If it’s for you, we’ll get you started. You have nothing to lose but plenty to gain.

 

  • TAKE THE TWO WEEK PREP COURSE.

    Our two week prep course will gradually prime you for a regular high-impact workout by helping you ease into a workout routine while setting and working towards your ultimate fitness goals. You’ll learn everything from CrossFit basics, nutrition and finding a custom routine that’s right for your body. In two week’s time you’ll begin to see the positive effects of CrossFit - from your physical transformation to your mental well-being.

 

  • JUMP INTO CLASSES

    Once you’ve completed the two week prep course, jump into classes and continue to be part of the action and our community. CrossFit QC offers classes throughout the day to make it easy to integrate your workout into your daily life and continue to work towards your goals.

CrossFit Veteran?

  • DROP-INS ARE WELCOME

    If you're just visiting and need a place to workout, CrossFit QC is the place for you. Just send us a note a day before you arrive and we'll be ready to welcome you. Drop-in's are $20 a class. If you're in town for a while, just let us know and we can work out an affordable option for you.

  • SIGN UP, JUMP INTO CLASSES

    If you've been a CrossFitter for at least 3 months, there's no need to do the prep course. Drop in to one of our classes! If you'd like to join, fill out our contact form and we'll contact you to get you started.
