Flexibility and Mobility is at the core of quality movement and performance. This class is a great option to help increase your recovery time, performance, range of motion and workout safety. Our mobility course is like yoga on steroids. You’ll use soft balls, foam rollers and other tools to release tension and increase your flexibility.
Learn both the physical and mental aspects of defense that you need to protect yourself in an attack. Attendees should expect to get a great workout, gain familiarity with common attack situations, and learn different techniques for defending yourself.
